10% bed tax is added to all stays. Cleaning fee is $59 or $100 (depending on how much you can pitch in!). $350 refundable security deposit.

The mission of the Truckee Donner Land Trust is
to preserve and protect important recreational,
scenic and historic open spaces in the Truckee/
Donner area.
Founded in 1990, the Land
Trust has protected over 3,300 acres of recreational,
scenic and historic open spaces in our corner
of the Sierra. They have
aggressive plans to protect as many as 15,000
acres in the next few years. I’m a firm
believer in more trees than people whenever possible.
